To celebrate the launch of NUTTY SCIENTISTS here in Kerry they are hosting a free fun family science show in the Killarney Outlet Centre on Saturday 27th July 2019 from 12pm to 2pm.  Come and join the NUTTY SCIENTISTS upstairs in the Outlet Centre for lots of fun, science, education and entertainment for all the family.  There will be an interactive show as well as a number of hands on demonstrations where everyone can learn more firsthand about who the NUTTY SCIENTISTS are, what they do and how they like to have fun!!

Getting kids engaged and excited about science is why Nutty Scientists exists.  Combining fun with learning Nutty Scientists brings an innovative form of “edutainment” (entertainment + education) which gets kids excited about all areas of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM). For over twenty years Nutty Scientists has been a world leader in interactive children’s programs.  They have developed appropriate activities for children that promote their interest in science and its impact on the world today.  Nutty Scientists programs include camps during school holidays, in-school programs, after-school programs, science shows, science fairs, science workshops, corporate events and science themed parties.

Over 9 million children have already participated in Nutty Scientists programs all over the world.  Nutty Scientists first launched in Ireland in February this year in Wexford and since its launch their programs have spread throughout a number of counties in the south east and now it is expanding to Kerry Cork and Limerick from this summer!! The great news is that the first Nutty Scientists Camps in Kerry will be held in Killarney. This summer Nutty Scientists will be holding 1 and 2 day camps in Knockanes National School, Headford and St. Olivers National School in Killarney during the weeks of 12th and 19th August 2019.
